As I type Bird's making me watch Dances With Wolves, and is even threatening to cut off the internet if I don't put the computer away. I have two minutes. So I'll make it quick.
I've never seen it before and Bird & Brandi finally decided to sit me down and make me watch. I wasn't allowed to watch it when it first came out and then it just didn't seem appealing to me; it sounded boring. So, I figured it's time I give it a try. Will I love it or hate it? I'll let you know, so stay tuned . . .

So did you love it or hate it? I think it is okay. I think Mark likes it more than I do.
I didn't really like it when I saw it in the early 90s. I was in another room when my parents watched the video with my grandparents, but then they forced me to watch it in chemistry class. (There was nowhere to hide during the love scene, either.) I think there's a 4-hour version and a supposedly less boring 2-hour version. Any way you slice it, I still say Kevin Costner sounds bored when he's narrating. (I honestly have never understood his appeal as an actor, either, but that's another subject altogether. Sorry. :">)
